After guidance from the HSE and the Government we are going to be offering some of our standard bouncy castles & other inflatables (not soft play or ball pools) for hire after they have had their annual PIPA tests and also will be deep cleaned. This should all be completed by the end of May and we will update this page to confirm this. However, we have changed our terms and conditions to comply with the HSE which offers better safety measures for both ourselves and the customer.
- Bouncy castles & other inflatables will only be set up in the customers back gardens and access has to be through a gate or side entrance.
- The bouncy castle or other inflatable can only be used by the customers household family members.
- Bouncy Castles can only be set up on grass. Other inflatables may be set up on grass or patio area depending on space and surface.
- Access must be clear and no obstacles in the way when going to set up the bouncy castle or other inflatable..
- Customers must remain in the house during the period when the bouncy castle or other inflatable is being set up and taken away after the hire is finished..
- If an outdoor socket isn't available the customer will need to provide an extension lead which must be set up for our arrival.
- Payments must be made by bacs or cash can be left in an envelope where it will be collected on arrival.
- You must agree to our terms and conditions prior to the booking as no paper copy will be available on arrival to keep it as contactless as possible.
- The bouncy castle will be cleaned on arrival an also upon collection to ensure safety for the next customer. It will also be stored for a minimum of 5 days and then the same process will be used for next customer and so on.
- You must inform us before arrival if anyone in the family household is showing symptoms of Covid-19 or if had any in the previous 14 days prior to date of booking.
- If any family member starts to develop any symptoms of Covid-19 whilst the bouncy castle or other inflatable during the actual hire period then the use bouncy castle or other inflatable needs to be stopped straight away and the customer has to contact us so we can return to collect the bouncy castle or other inflatable..
